From quote to paid invoice: a pro workflow in 5 steps

1. Be fast with the quote
A huge share of orders go to whoever sends a usable quote first. In Billtree a quote works exactly like an invoice: customer + items, done. It gets its own number (AN-2026-…) automatically.
2. Make acceptance effortless
Don't send a PDF attachment that "they'll reply to eventually". On Billtree's public quote link your client sees an Accept button — one click, and you get an instant e-mail notification.
3. Quote → invoice without retyping
An accepted quote becomes an invoice with one button: items, prices and customer data carry over, and the two documents stay linked.
4. Put a QR on the invoice
With an EPC QR code your client pays from their banking app: scan, approve, done. No mistyped IBAN, no wrong reference — and the money arrives sooner.
5. Let the machine do the rest
After the due date, Billtree reminds your client automatically (up to 3 levels), and your reports show the whole funnel: quotes sent → accepted → invoiced → paid.
The entire flow lives in one system — no juggling Excel, e-mail and an invoicing tool.
