2. The service
Billtree is an online invoicing SaaS for Austrian businesses: invoices, quotes, expenses, e-invoicing and related features. The service is intended for business (B2B) use.
3. Registration
An account is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your access credentials confidential.
4. Plans & fees
Basic: free, 10 issued documents/month. Pro: €19/month or €190/year (2 months free). Prices may include VAT per applicable rules. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe with automatic renewal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Basic is free indefinitely.
6. Your obligations
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your own invoices and the accuracy of the data you enter. The service does not replace tax advice.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100%; maintenance and outages may occur.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages and data loss; liability remains for intent and gross negligence. You should also keep your own backups (export).
9. Intellectual property
The Billtree software and content belong to the provider. You retain ownership of your own data.
10. Data protection
Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For business (B2B) customers, the Austrian court competent for the provider's registered seat has exclusive jurisdiction; mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected for consumers.
